Day with Grammy...

Grammy was here for 5 days...Monday was the jam packed day of fun...Started the day with making sweet treats...pretzels dipped in PB and topped with butterscotch. Oh so yummy!!

Then we went to Como Zoo to see the animals and have a picnic lunch. We didn't get to ride the carousel as it turns out it is only open on the weekends after labor day.

Then after swimming lessons, Andy took Grammy and the kids to the twins game. He only got 4 tickets and I have been once this year so the 4 of them went. It was Molly and Grammy's first time!!

Fall is in the air...and Grammy too!

One of my favorite things about fall....bonfires and smores. So why not have smores two nights in a row! Grammy is in town and we are having the best time...and she is getting her fill of smores!

Smores: Take 2. Megan, Hailey & Avery came over to play, have pizza...and of course smores!

MN Siblings growing up

The Freeland's have been such a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember...1992. They are growing into such great people and I am so proud of each of them. They are siblings to me and I love them so. Brett is now back at school in Boston as a sophomore at Northeastern. Maggie is now 16 and a Junior in high school. Bryan has now moved to St. Paul to finish up his college experience at St. Thomas. Lauren missed Brett's farewell dinner...but I am proud of her too.

Big girl underwear!!

Who wears "big girl underwear"?...and runs out the door following her mom in ONLY a tshirt and undies and hair not brushed...my baby (big girl) Molly Dolly!!!

Neighbors and Best Friends Forever!!

Samantha and Molly have been as close as sisters and the best of friends since Samantha heard Molly was a baby girl in my tummy. It has been so fun for Pam & I to watch the dynamic change as they have grown and now are real playmates. Last year was a really hard year with losing Grant and then the rest of the family moving from the house two doors down. But they decided in the spring that this neighborhood is home so they are building a new house that is 5 houses down from us the other direction. We love getting to see them daily and watch the "worker men" build their house. The girls wanted to pose in the soon to be family room. Samantha & Blake are now in 1st grade and she wanted to decorate it with her two best friends...Molly and me. I feel so blessed to have this family in my life as my friends...my family.

Molly always wants to do a "silly face" picture:)

Happy Birthday Daddy (8/31)

Can they be any cuter!?

They were so excited to do the frosting and sprinkles on Daddy's birthday cake.We had a great time starting the Labor Day weekend off with a BBQ with the Randall's and Hasler's. Two of Andy's college friends that he also lived with after college. Together they have 9 kids..and they had the best time playing together.

Aaron & Per Hasler...he turned 1 on Andy's birthday!

Ava, Addison & Nolan Randall with Zach & Molly...the Jens Hasler isn't as crazy as these 5 so he just watched.

Molly's first dance class

Molly started her first dance class this week. She will be taking tap and ballet every Tuesday until June. The first weekend in June, she has her recital. Very cute!! They start them with different games to start to understand and strengthen the muscles needed to be a dancer than the games turn to movements. Parents can't be in the room but she did a great job and immediately feel in love with one of the teachers.
