KU girls....KU Cousins

Saturday afternoon, we went to Lawrence to play on "the hill" and have a picnic with my college friends. It was so fun to be back on campus and see much has changed both on campus and in our lives since we were there.

Lake Sherwood Beach

Lake Sherwood is the lake I grew up...I have so many memories...from every age.

It was fun to take the kids to the beach and let them start some Sherwood memories.

My oldest friend, Evie, and her family met us there to play and have pizza.

After work, Grammy & I took the kids to the park for a picnic and some playtime. Good times!!

Our neighbors and the kids best buddies turned 5 today! They had a Mickey & Minnie Mouse party at Pump it Up! Zach had the best time climbing, sliding, jumping, running and playing with his buddies. He even broke a sweat!! Molly & Samantha

Big Brother Grant was able to make it to the party. He was in the mood to take pictures with everyone today...which we were happy to do. Grant has been such a big part of our lives and we love him so much. It is hard to see him like this and to know how sick he is...heartbreaking...we love you buddy!

I started this monthly Girls Night Out in January

(when Jenny was in town)...and still going strong.

Has been fun to have a night with just girls...every month it has varied with the number that are able to attend...this month there were seven of us!! Started the night at a spa that was offering Girls Night specials...so we took part!!

Did someone say free massages and hand treatments?!?!

Then we went to North Coast to have a great evening outside by the lake!!

Dentist Visit

Today was Zach's 3rd ever dentist appointment...and the first that he actually let them really clean, floss and check out his teeth.

After being gone for 4 days with work...Molly has been following me around...watching my every move...so I don't leave her sight again:) It is nice to be missed and loved!

Nelson Cabin Weekend

After soccer, Daddy took the kids to the Grandpa Dave & Grandma Jo's cabin. The kids had a great time!! Where's Molly...silly girl!!

Cousin Kaitlyn was there too...it was great for them to get to play together as they rarely get the chance.
