Molly's 1st birthday party

Tonight was Molly's party with her "friends" and family. Molly is lucky to have several friends her age.

Ren, Molly & Grace...her two other friend Gio & Kate were there too. All were born between Nov and March.

Visiting Santa: Take One. After talking about how much he wanted to see Santa all day; you can see how close Zach got to Santa. Molly & Mommy sat on his lap...Molly was also not so sure. Luckily we have several times this month to try again.

Grammy, Aunt Megan & Uncle Josh are in town to celebrate Molly's birthday.

We went to the Edina Tree Lighting and the kickoff of the Christmas season.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Molly had her first dessert...birthday cupcakes today!
Mommy & Molly were in the hospital for Thanksgiving last year.
So this was her first real Thanksgiving.

We had two Thanksgiving meals...Nelson's in the morning & Freeland's in the afternoon. Aunt Megan & Uncle Josh came in town too and were able to join us in the evening. Such a great day!

Smiles are back...Molly is back!!

The steroid shot kicked in and our Miss Molly is on the mend.

Happy 1st Birthday, our Molly Dolly girl!!

Miss Molly has been 100% healthy since the moment she got over RSV (last Christmas when she was in the NICU at Children's hospital)...until today. Poor birthday princess got a pretty severe case of Croup today, so Mommy & Molly spent the evening at the Doctors office rather than eating cake and playing. She got a neb treatment and steriod shot...by tomorrow she will be on the mend. We are just watching her breathing through the night until the steriod kicks in.

So...pictures will come later.

Either way, Happy Birthday to the Dolly of our life! We love her so much!! She has brightened my life in more ways that I could have known I needed.

Molly's new house

When your birthday week is also during a holiday week, you get to celebrate two weeks. The celebrating Molly started today!! The unseasonably warm (50s in November) also encouraged this. We spend much of the day outside playing in the Molly's new house. Molly pulled herself up tonight, let go and started dancing her own little bop. Of course, when I get the camera, she is done. But got several videos of her being Molly...taking some steps, bopping and crawling around. Enjoy!

Couch Party

Zach likes to pretend he is driving the car (couch)...today he invited Molly to join him. They were giggling like crazy. Makes my heart smile!

Gopher Game

We got the chance to have a few hours "off parent duty" to watch the Gophers in the new outdoor/on campus stadium. It wasn't the best game though the Gophers did win. But it was so fun to hang out with Dan & Ali and see college football the right way. (thanks Lunstad's...and thanks Ali for the picture)

Fun Fall Day

Total Teeth...5!!

Playing in the leaves with Zach was a highlight of Molly's day!

If Zach can do it, so can Molly. (so she thinks) She climbed up the stair right after him without skipping a beat. Several times tonight, she climbed to the top without help (but with a Mom following close by).

Molly has taken a few steps!! And is really into standing without help:)

She is so happy & proud of herself!!
