Birthday Party for Daddy

Daddy's Birthday is on Monday (8/31) but we had a Family BBQ celebration on Friday with Andy's closest friends and their families. Totaling 7 kids, 5 ladies and 7 dudes.

What's Molly up to these days...

• Still the happiest little girl!
• Molly is a great sleeper and loves her schedule. Sleeps 7-6:30 with 2 naps.
• She is loving people food and feeding herself; so much that she is almost done with baby food.
• Still has just 2 teeth on the bottom
• Is "talking" a lot. Only recognizable word is DaDa.

We are so blessed! We love you Miss Molly!

Edina Pool--Last Day this summer

We blinked our eyes, and...
the summer is "officially" over (the pool is closing) and Molly is so big. This is her new trick. Standing up in the stroller; showing us how grown up she is.

Girls night out for Mommy's (belated) birthday

Mommy had a little girls night out with some of her pre-baby (and still) great friends. Megan & Marjie were unable to come but the rest of the girls were available...my longest and closest MN friends.Can you believe I have known these girls for so long!?! I am so blessed to have such great friends! Tracy (1999), Tina (2001), Stacy (college), Caroline (2004). We had a great night!

Neighborhood Block Party

Tonight was our block party...such a great night! The weather was perfect! So many families were able to come out. The kids all played to much...using chalk on the streets, Richard's train set, rolling down the big hill, the firetruck, police car, and everyone played with Zach's toys...it was kid paradise!!

Family Fun Day

Happy SUNNY Sunday!

Today, we celebrating Mommy's birthday doing what she likes most...playing outside with Daddy, Molly & Zach! We started the morning with a trip to the pool, after naps we went to Lake Harriett to feed the ducks and have ice cream, then came home to play in the sprinkler. It rained off & on yesterday on the real birthday, so we continued the celebrating today...whatever, if you are reading this...you most likely know Koren and her love for her birthday...the celebration is all of August!! Last night, Kathy, Maggie & Bailey came over to play with the kids while we had a sushi date night!! Then tonight, Megan & Hailey got back from their trip and made cookies and sang Happy Birthday! Let the celebrating continue...

Thanks to all of you for your notes, calls, gifts, etc...it was a great birthday! My life has been blessed in so many ways...I am most thankful for the wonderful people in my life!

Kansas birthday celebration

Work sent Koren to KC...the best perk was I was able to spend the two evenings with some of my favorite people. Monday night with my Mom. Tuesday night, got to Atchison to find a little birthday celebration in my honor!! My Grandma is 93 years young and is truly one of the most amazing people I know...I love that I got a chance to see her during my work trip, as well as my Dad, Jamie and Aunt Lois.

Mini St. Olaf Reunion

Ben, Jill & Elliott Duehr were in town from California for their one day in Minnesota a year visit, so we had a mini reunion with some of Andy's college friends and their families.
